Your Alarm Signal is Sent Over Your Phone Line Directly To Our Monitoring Center.  We Decode any Alarm Format and can Determine the Type of Alarm Occuring and the Area it is Coming From.  If for Any Reason the Phone Line Quality, (Bandwidth) Drops Below the Minimum Required to Transmit Alarm Signals, our Monitoring Center Will Still be Able to Receive a General alarm Condition Based on Your Caller I.D.

BROADBAND OR INTERNET PROTOCOL (I.P.)

Your Alarm Panel Plugs Into This Device to Send Detailed Alarm Panel Signals Over a High Speed Internet Network By "Computer to Computer" Method.  Your alarm System Will Communicate Directly with the Unit to Send Specific Alarm Conditions, Including the Area where the Alarm is Tripped.  Upon Alarm Deactivation a Cancel or Restore Signals is Also Sent.  This Device is Powered From a Power transformer that is Included.  We recommend This Unit Only on Contact ID Panels, or Newer Systems.  A $5.00 per month additional fee for alarm signal routing is required on this service.

CELLULAR ALARM TRANSMITTER

Your Alarm Panel Plugs Into This Device to Send Detailed Alarm Panel Signals Over a Digital Cellular Network.  Your Alarm System Will Communicate Directly with the Unit to Send Specific Alarm Conditions, Including the Area where the Alarm was Tripped.  Upon Alarm Deactivation a Cancel or Restore Signals is Also Sent.  This Device is Either Powered From Your Alarm Panel or with a Power transformer Included. A $15.00 per month additional fee for alarm signal routing is required on this service.

Then, upon completion of your selected initial monitoring plan, monitoring services will continue on our month to month rate plan, until cancelled or a RENEWAL PLAN is selected.

Our basic $5.95 rate is for standard burglar, fire and medical alarm monitoring for a single alarm system only. Additional fees may apply for optional alarm monitoring services or non-included high security supervised signal services including but not limited to UL grade response services, runner services, requested custom operator services, split panel or multiple account linking, opening, closing or automated communication test signals. 

 Basic service rate requires use of an existing standard or VoIp phone line whereas, Broadband, Internet and Cellular Alarm transmission services are optional and require additional 3rd party communication routing fees.
