VirtuAlarm Automated Operator Added

Over the last several months we have been in development of our new automated alarm operator platform with VirtuAlarm.com, a start-up alarm automation company that American Digital Monitoring angel invested in.

As a condition to our investment with VirtuAlarm.com, American Digital Monitoring now receives cutting edge technology and services from VirtuAlarm.com

We have now completed the integration of VirtuAlarms automated operator services. This automated operator service will be used to instantly make a phone call to the alarm PREMISES in the event of a BURGLAR alarm condition ONLY.

Upon receipt of a BURGLARY alarm signal, the automated operator will instantly make a call to the PREMISES (SITE) phone number listed on the account. Your Subscriber has the opportunity to acknowledge the call and then to cancel the alarm by entering their alpha numeric password using their telephone keypad. They then have an option to be transferred to a live operator or simply hang up and the alarm condition is closed out.

If the call is acknowledged, but the password is not used or it is incorrect, the Subscriber is asked to hang up and the alarm condition is instantly sent to a live operator to call the premises back in order to speak with them.

If the automated call is not answered or acknowledged, the automated operator will notify a live operator that no one answered at the premises and that they are to immediately retry calling the premises phone number before continuing on the call list set for that account.

We understand that to some, automated calls seem impersonal. However, VirtuAlarm has created an automated operator service that is not the typical cold robo-calls most are used to. Having the automated operator service now allows American Digital Monitoring to provide the highest quality service to those Subscribers in REAL NEED of a LIVE OPERATOR by instantly screening out the false alarms that are the primary cause of live operator call out delays on actual alarm contitions.

Since the new automated operator service has already begun, we hope you will allow it the opportunity to continue provide its benefits to your Subscribers. However, if you choose to NOT to continue use of the automated operator on your accounts, please notify us at support@cencominc.com and we will remove this new feature from your accounts entirely.
